These Terms govern use of QR Studio, a QR code generation and management tool operated by OnaLab.

Acceptance of Terms

By generating, saving, or managing a QR code through QR Studio, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using QR Studio with permission from a parent, guardian, or organization you represent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use QR Studio to generate codes linking to unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, or infringing content, or to impersonate another person or organization.

Your Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the destination URL or content encoded in any QR code you create. QR Studio does not review destination content before a code is generated and reserves the right to disable codes found to violate these Terms.

Dynamic Codes and Scanning

Where QR Studio offers dynamic codes that redirect to a destination you can update, you are responsible for keeping the destination accurate and lawful. We may collect basic scan analytics (such as scan count and approximate location) to provide this feature.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

QR Studio is provided "as is." We are not responsible for the content of destinations you link to, or for any harm arising from a scan of a code you created. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Suspension and Termination

We may disable individual codes or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without notice in cases of clear abuse.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as QR Studio evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
